Each day, I will be posting information I have learned from my years of creating websites as well as links and feeds from other successful sites. As you can see, things are pretty sparse right now. Getting Started!

On the Internet, nobody knows youOk, so you want to start a blog and make some cash as well. Where to start?

  1. Write about something you are passionate about. You don’t have to be the world’s authority on it (though some knowledge on the subject is a must).
  2. If you can’t write well, people will not come back. There is nothing worse then trying to muddle through incomprehensible postings. The internet is full of people already writing about what you want to write about. Make sure your writing makes your site stand out!
  3. Which program to use. From Drupal to WordPress, there are a myriad of programs and scripts you can use to launch your site. Each program has its advantages and disadvantages. This site is using WordPress because of its ease of use, many plugins and templates that are readily available.
